I’m always exploring ways to shift from the inside out—experimenting with mind-body techniques that bring more presence, joy, and peace. I love coffee, quiet mornings, and being outdoors. How Does the 30-Day Project Work?

We begin with a deep 1:1 session to uncover what you truly want to change — and what’s been keeping you stuck.

After Session 1, I’ll create a custom 30-day project plan just for you — including a simple daily checklist to help you embody the shift through intentional action, reflection, and nervous system work.

About halfway through, we meet again for a check-in session to see what’s unfolding — what’s working, what’s hard, and how your identity is beginning to shift.

At the end of the 30 days, we reconnect to reflect on your journey — and to celebrate your return to your true self.

You’ll have the option of a bonus session, where we can walk together into whatever comes next — whether it’s deepening the shift, setting a new intention, or simply anchoring your new way of being.
